This makes it pleasantly cool and nice in the summer, and a great place to enjoy the snow in the winter. On the flip side, it can feel a bit chilly for swimming during the summer. To start with a few minor downsides I noticed: Noise between floors: You can hear the sound of people walking upstairs. Balcony mosquitoes: I’m not sure if the southwest-facing balconies are fine because of the sunlight, but the north-facing side I stayed on had so many mosquitoes that I couldn't open the balcony door or go outside. Worn wallpaper: The wallpaper was a bit old, with two spots where the seams were peeling off. Closet location: The closet is inside the bathroom, so taking a shower could cause humidity to affect your clothes. As for the pros: Private beach: Although it’s not huge, having a private beach offers a unique and enjoyable experience. Proximity to the village: It’s super convenient since the village is just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants with incredible views, Bank of America, Stater Bros. Markets, CVS, and more. Evening S'mores: In the evening, you can make s'mores by the pool or the private beach area. (Be sure to bring s'mores ingredients in advance or buy them at the Stater Bros. Market in the village!) EV Charging & Reg"
