We have stayed here before, and have never had an issue. This past stay the carpet had not been vacuumed at all and had white dog hair. The bathroom smelled like wet dog, and clumps of hair in the drain from the previous people. All the dront desk person said was sorry and to request a different floor mext time.

This is a newer hotel and it has been kept up nicely. Breakfast selection is great.
