La Quinta Suites by Wyndham South Bend Notre Dame Area
Spacious lobby area for hanging out. Have stayed here multiple times, and plan to again. My only disappointment is the quality of the cooked foods (eggs, meats) for breakfast. Could be improved

Holiday Inn Mishawaka by IHG

This was not your typical Courtyard Marriott. First impression was the parking lot which was riddled with pot holes and the exterior needed a little upkeep.
