Excellent check-in with Nikki! It was a long day of driving & I wanted a quiet room that faced east. Nikki was accommodating and helpful, especially with the blackout screen that was stuck. Great, comfortable room. Bed was really comfortable. Pillows weren’t great but I always travel with my own. Great breakfast on the weekend. Not as many choices during the week.

Hot and humid

The room was hot and humid, and it took over three hours after we checked in to reduce the humidity. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, which only made things worse. Later in the evening, the hotel lost power due to a storm, adding to the discomfort and making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the doors sounded like they were being slammed every time they closed, and that continued throughout the night. The weather stripping at the bottom of our door was also coming off.
