Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The value is good - a better than expected hotel for the price. There were 2 issues for this last stay. I had a room with an adjacent wall to the elevator area, and the elevator is very loud and clunky when the door opens and shuts. I could hear it all day ..."

"Pool and hot tub are nice since not a lot of properties in area have both and nice patio off pool to sit and enjoy views of the skyline, old courthouse and the Arch. The kickback in the evening with a couple free drinks and something to eat is nice if you wanna save a bit of money from dining in ..."

"We checked into our hotel, got our room keys and went to our hotel room. We found bed bugs on the bed and on the pillows. We took pictures of the bed bugs. "The property needs to be updated in the rooms. When you walk into the room it feels like you’re walking into an old basement. But overall my stay was pretty good."

Live by Loews - St.Louis
"Overall, I had a nice stay and would consider coming back, especially for the food and drinks. The bar was definitely a highlight. The food and cocktails were excellent, and the bartenders did a great job staying attentive and friendly even though they were very busy. It was especially convenient before and after the Cardinals game. The lobby also deserves a mention—it smells fantastic and gives a great first impression when you walk in. My biggest disappointment was with some of the advertised amenities. The outdoor bar and activities were closed and unattended during my stay, and the Bourbon Room was only available for private rental. I understand that amenities may have limited hours or availability, but when they're featured as an attraction, I expected to actually be able to enjoy them. It would be helpful if the hotel made those limitations more clear when advertising the property. The hotel is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but overall, the experience was good enough that I'd say it's worth staying at least once. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and convenient location for a Cardinals game made the stay enjoyable, despite the unavailable amenities."
