Room was dirty, TV remote missing, the phone in the room didn’t work. The lamp alongside the bed didn’t work. Elevator would constantly get stuck. The pool had way too much chlorine that made your eyes irritated as soon as you walked in. The jacuzzi was cold.

"We did not end up staying here. Check in was easy. When we went to our room, it was in shambles. It had not been cleaned and there was trash and bedding on the floor. When we went back to the front desk to ask for another room, we were told there weren’t any more. The parking lot was empty. We went across the street and stayed there."
