Hotel is old and the carpet looks disgusting. The walls are thin. Everything is outdated and molded. There was a huge dead cockroach in front of the restaurant that served breakfast. Doors by the parking lot were locked at night which is fine but then our key card did not work. The elevator on 2nd floor was out of order so we had to walk down to the first floor on the parking ramp and get the key card reprogrammed and walked to our room and the card still didn’t work. Had to walk back to lobby and get a third key card. I would not recommend staying here.

I travel to this hotel often for work, and the manager, Erik always goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. He is incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. It is rare to find that level of consistency and hospitality, which makes being away from home so much easier. Highly recommend staying here!

I absolutely love this old, historical hotel but current ownership/management has allowed the hotel to completely lose its luster. At check in time our room wasn’t ready and we were offered a consolation room (?) that ended up having no hot water, a bathroom door that did not close, and a tub that would not drain (all the cold water) properly. The restaurant was closed because no one was eating there, except we were told it would open that evening. The check in host was nice but the check out host was too busy doing something on his computer to care that I was waiting to speak with him and close out my room invoice. All of this speaks to absent and neglectful management, severe understaffing, and basically, an owner company who just does not care at all (SHAME on WYNDHAM). This beautiful boutique once-destination historical hotel needs maintenance, updating and proper management ASAP. Sorry to put this all in public, but, that’s what you get for totally ignoring me at check out. Such a shame. (!)

I was checked into 2 rooms that were not cleaned. Then requested additional sheets for a king bed and was provided 3 sets of queen sheets 3 different times forcing me to walk back to front desk for due to my phone not working inside my room. House keeping never arrived during my entire weekend stay. 1 of the front desk staff (the younger guy) worst customer service Bartenders were great food was great. Breakfast could have been better

First, let me say I am not a picky traveler. This weekend we drove 12 hrs to arrive to a room I felt was unsatisfactory. When I checked in, I asked the gentleman if we could have housekeeping to come clean our room the next day.... that did not happen. Once we got to our room, we noticed heavy rust on the fire sprinkler, mold/mildew on the shower head, white stains (I don't want to imagine from what) on the couch and stains on the carpet. Since our room was not clean, I had to go get towels from the front desk. I told the lady at the desk about my concerns. Although she was nice, she really didn't show any concern about correcting the issues like offering to have someone come clean the areas that were disgusting or offer us another room. This was very disappointing especially being a Wyndham Rewards member. It looks worse in person than what the attached pictures show.

The service here is bad. Hot water only works sometimes, door keys only work sometimes, nasty mold in coffee maker tray. Room was not turned down so we were left with no clean towels or coffee and i was told it was my fault for not requesting it. The hotel checked me out after 1 night on my 2 night stay and locked us out of our room. This was my fault for some reason again, even though i spoke to the front desk upon my arrival and was assured my reservation was for 2 days. Battery in the room door lock went bad. I had to go to the front desk 3 times on a 2 day stay, and every time it was never their fault. we won’t be returning to this hotel.
