Upgrade

The hotel is a little dated looking and the carpets need to be cleaned. The staff were friendly, air conditioning was cold, the tub was perfect. The breakfast was good Saturday it was chorizo and eggs or plain version, beans, waffles, cereals. Then Sunday we go in and no meat. If you are going to charge me over $80 a night for this old hotel then my breakfast should be worth not going to the best Western down the street or any other hotels that are a lot cheaper.

We just came back from McAllen, Texas. We stayed at the Best Western and will be back to stay. The staff, housekeepers, groundskeeper. They were all wonderful. If you needed something they got it for you! Everything was excellent. The rooms stayed cool. We honestly have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The area is safe and the best part ...you can easlily go shopping walking to a different stores that are next to the hotel. The pool is also very clean and have a very good full breakfast on the frontdesk from 6:30- 10am. Rooms are very clean and the aircondition was also ok. We'll book in the futire for sure.
