La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la habitación tenía un buen tamaño, en general era aceptable para nuestra estancia. No obstante, hubo algunos detalles por mejorar. El refrigerador estaba inclinado (aunque no lo utilizamos) y la televisión presentaba fallas. En cuanto al servicio, el personal nos proporcionó una hora incorrecta para el desayuno y, al presentarnos, nos informaron que ya había terminado. Esto fue un inconveniente, ya que contábamos con esa comida y tuvimos que buscar otras opciones. En resumen, el hotel tiene puntos a favor como la ubicación y el tamaño de las habitaciones, pero sería ideal que mejoraran la atención al cliente y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
