"There was no hot water In the morning, so i had to have a cold shower. The housekeeping knocked at our door 15 before actual checkout which was also frustrating for us being rushed out before it was time. The front desk staff was not helpful, questioning our complaint of the hot water, suggesting that we were the only ones complaining about no hot water, rather than making it right for us. I would say poor customer service."
