Stayed 4 nights and room was not cleaned during entire stay. Had "do not disturb " sign on door the first night, but removed by 6am following mornings and no turn down services. Had to ask the cleaning staff for items off their cart like glasses, tea supplies and even toilet paper. The staff was very friendly, but lack of cleaning was disappointing. They did provide a nice breakfast every morning tho, what wasnt taken in mass quantities by rude, greedy guests.

The kitchenette was missing utensils, dish clothes and dish towel, dishes in cabinet were dirty. We had 2 mismatched bowls and 3 dirty plates and glasses. The bath towels in the room were pool towels. Two women travelling alone, one is 87 and there is no elevator! We absolutely would not of stayed on the 1st floor

It is a nice Super 8 , we try to stay with Super 8's because decent place and price most of the time. Some were just acceptable, this was one of the better ones.

The photo to the left is no where close to representing the room offered. The room was tired and cheap needing to be refurbished ASAP. Carpet had holes and stains throughout. And gum tracked into the carpet. Not even a hair drier (we had to ask for one) Shall I go on? Camping would be more luxurious.

We did not like the breakfast room upstairs without an elevator. Toilets are too low for average height people or elderly.

The site has no elevator. My son's room smelled of smoke. So he had to change rooms. My room did not have an iron upon arrival, so the staff brought us up one, went to use the ironing board, it wouldn't extend past 1 foot, so I couldn't use it, staff brought us a new one, there was no hand soap in the hand wash sink or in the shower. In addition, there was no pillow case on one of the pillows on the bed. It is one thing when the rank and file screw up, but, it is another matter entirely when the supervisory personnel, who are to check the rooms after they have been cleaned are not doing their job. There was no luggage rack for you to put your suitcase on in the rooms. The closet only had 2 hangers on which to hand up clothing on. The breakfast area is tiny. Seating for 25 people maybe, so it was crowded. Only hot items on the menu is tea, coffee and waffles. The site was close to where I needed to be and the beds were comfortable.
