This is an older Westin/Holiday Inn type hotel that appears a little tired but obviously is being renovated. It is still very comfortable and is nicely appointed. Excellent in-room AC. Front desk service was very professional Best of all, the price was well under $100 for a one night stay! I'll be back for sure. Garth

The lobby area was nice, staff was friendly, but that was it. But after a long drive I wanted to soak in the hot tub that wasn't working and there was green mold growing around the pool on the concrete ewww!. Also there was carpet in the room that were stained pretty bad and could use a removal. Definitely needs an upgrade, not what the pictures online showed. Don't always trust pictures.

I enjoyed my stay.The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is you need more handicap parking spots as we had to park around the back in overflow. Also checking on the cars in the handicap parking to make sure they have the sign dangling from the mirror.

Reception was great but she was run off her feet and the only one working on a SATURDAY! Rooms do not come with enough towels or pillows for 2 people. I called to get the proper amount delivered and was told that is normal for them being eco friendly. Request for the “extras” made but they never arrived. An hour later i we went to get them from reception ourselves and she apologized and explained she was only one on so rhere was nobody else who could deliver them. TV did not work. Called in and and a repair person was called allegedly. Checked at reception an hour later so we could leave the room and go out and was told we could go out and they were coming. Never got given an update. Stayed up later than we wanted waiting then called reception and was told by the night guy that it was going to be done Tuesday. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything to make up for it. Would call this stay chaos i guess.

Hotel and property are ok. The problem was how staff dealt with the noise. I had the unfortunate luck of being beside the room that had a birthday party. Got fed up with the noise at 1130pm. Went to staff to complain. Staff went up and found out that its a birthday party and they are cutting the cake and will be done at 1200am. That went to 300am ! I went down 6 times over 3 hours to front desk to ask them to turn it down. I even asked to change rooms, but was not offered. At 3 am, as staff let the party continue, I finally went to front lobby and slept on couch. The staff woke me up at 330am and told me that party members left and I can return to my room. Never had this happen before. They just kept saying they will be done in 20 minutes. Not good. Hotel and amenities were fine, in my opinion, stay would of been ok.

The place is very nice. However, the soundproofing is zero. We can hear people talking even in their rooms. Sleeping at night was nonexistent. So overall, if you're going there to sleep, don't.
