The key wouldn't work in our door and the hours to book out are stupid on a Sunday to get your deposit back as the owner said he wasn't coming in till 930am on the Sunday and we needed to be in Kelowna by 9am. So we had to leave 8am and he wouldn't come in

Worst place ever, there are saying to take valuables away from your car.Because a homeless can break into your car. There was a portable air conditioning in the room but no hose. Homeless people was all around. Never going to stay here ever again unsafe,dirty,stinky.

I loved the area, it's convenient. The creek is beautiful with the sound through the window. The property has so much potential! The staff was so friendly, especially the young man at the front. It is definitely run down, and could use some updates. But the beds were comfy, it was warm and cozy! It was quiet and I had a great sleep!

I booked a standard room through Expedia, but despite showing them my confirmation number, they were unable to find my reservation, and had no standard rooms available. I ended up being charged an extra $50 for a "balcony room". Given the error, i should have been given whatever room was available for the price of the standard room. This is a subpar place- not terrible, but not great, which I was expecting. That would have been fine for the original price I paid, but it definitely wasnt worth the extra $50. I'm not sure if the problem was Expedia's or the motel's, but I hope they sort it out so that others aren't put in a similar position.

The owners are awesome and are working hard to better the motel. It is clean and close to everything. This was my second time staying here and I will return. The customer service was great but the customer experience was even better! I was remembered from 2 1/2 months ago and given an upgrade! That makes me want to return!!!

The place itself smells odd lik cigar smoke and some unpleasant stuff. Lots of questionable people hanging around. I just didnt feel comfortable so I checked out asap.

The receptionist/ owner I presume was so rude and took 250 for dd and as we wanted to leave at 9:15 he wasn’t in the office and trying to get hold of him seem to be still sleeping told me that he may be in until 10:30 or 11 with out explaining and didn’t wanna give me the dd back until I got mad and wanted to called the police I was leaving bc and had to call him several times was the worse person I have meet and there’s a lot of weird people always hanging around felt really uncomfortable and unsafe
