"Room didn’t get cleaned for my entire 5 night stay. Requested it, but only got towels changed. Toilet paper holder was broken, shades wouldn’t lower all the way, no conditioner, ran out of body wash, no pool towels ever available. Pool was being vacuumed while we were in it. Trash in lobby always overflowed. Breakfast for a fee, nothing great."
