the pull out couch mattress had no mattress sheet cover. Just a mattress sheet. there was no other blankets on the beds but the comforter. I made sure when I reserved online with hotels.com that I put my kids ages and that I wanted a pull out. The only thing for breakfast that was ok was the bagel and yougurt.

I tried to report an issue with the airconditioning leaking inside the room on my stay and the first person I reported to seemed unbothered by the fact and stated ALL rooms had leaks this time of year. I said that was strange as it should leak OUTSIDE . She did not care, so I reported it again upon checking out of my room and the receprionist made a service request at that time.

It was exactly what we needed. Jennifer, the one at the front desk, made the process as smooth as possible. Great room. Very comfortable. We even watched the Aggie game in the lobby with fellow Aggies. A wonderful experience.
