"The pub and the waitstaff there were more than I hoped for. The management seemed put out when we asked to use the hot tub @ 8:30 pm when it closed at 9:00. We didn’t need TV in the room, but I was surprised that it wasn’t there. Room was spotless and roomy. Continental breakfast was sparse. Coffee was very good."

"We (7 of us) were woken up by a smoke detector going off at 3:00 am. We did our best to find the culprit and remove it but to no avail. We reached out to the property management team. The gentleman was could only tell us no one was available to help us at this time and the notes he had showed that this same problem had happened 4 days earlier but with no fix. He said he wasn’t allowed to reach out to the owner. There was one smoke detector in the eves of the ceiling which we couldn’t reach without a ladder so we too matters into our own hands and called the fire department who came with a ladder and removed the detector. Unfortunately that didn’t solve our problem. At 5:30 am I found a stand alone NEST device sitting on a shelf under the TV and lo and behold that unit was the one beeping. At this point no one was going back to bed as we planned to ski the next day. We were all working on 3.5 hours sleep. The management crew came out mid morning and met my husband at the house. He explained the situation, they didn’t replace all the dectectors. They left them on the kitchen table. We have reached out to VRBO and Vacasa and they keep telling us their management team is looking into the situation. I’ve given them 10 days to make this right, which they haven’t. So I have been forced to write this disappointing review. I am beyond frustrated and am still waiting for some sort of compensation. "

"Don't expect more than basic accommodations. It was clean, the linens and bedding were adequate, there was heat, fresh soap, a small closet, coffee maker & packaged coffee/creamers. There's a small cube fridge & tv, no microwave. The toilet fill valve ran continuously so we had to manually turn off water once the water closet filled. Hot water was slow to arrive. The decor and finishes are very dated but not dilapidated. The clothes dresser drawers do not have glides so they do not open/close smoothly. The room was quiet. The rooms do have a mountain view."
