Parking was a problem because the lot was full. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. My room was cold because of a small air conditioning unit in the window, basically leaving the window open. The space heater plug became so hot, I had to unplug it to allow it to cool down, and when I attempted to plug it in again, it sparked. And there was a distinct mildew smell in the bathroom. It is a quaint property, and I realize it was a busy weekend, but the staff, and difficulty with the room made the stay unpleasant.

Went during leaf peeping season. The inn is in the middle of the small town of Littleton, NH. It is an historic inn and reflects that so expectations need to be tempered. But it was a fun place to stay sloped floors and all. Plenty of cute stores and restaurants to walk to including the covered bridge. Just be mindful of operating hours as several places were closed while we were there and even coffee shops opened later than expected so plan accordingly. Great location to begin the White Mountains loop though!

Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean. Had enough soaps for the night. Great breakfast and overall, it was a nice cozy little stay for the night. Thank you, staff members

It's a historic property that hasn't been well maintained at all. The outside paint to the inside wallpaper in our room was peeling or torn. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the room was extremely loud, smelled musty, and the floor unit AC was loud even on low. Amenities non-existent. It definitely wasnt worth the price they are charging. Cool building, heavily unkept. The continental breakfast was extremely limited. Not worth the historic stay experience. Littleton is really a nice town to visit however.
