Brooks Street Motor Inn
"After an 8-hour drive, I showed up an hour after check-in, 4pm, to find that my room was not ready. I was told that they would need an additional 30 minutes so I went and found something to do. Approximately 30 minutes later, it's now 4:33, I called to check on the status of my room and it STILL wasn't ready. I waited another 45 minutes thinkingbthat they would call to inform me that my room was ready but after not receiving a call I called again at 5:24 and my room was finally ready. I didn't get into my room for three hours after I was told check in began and wasn't offered an apology, or concession of any kind. As I mentioned, I had just driven for 8 hours straight and just wanted to relax in my room and felt like I was treated like crap."
