We did not stay at MYPLACE on those dates. We stayed from Oct 2-Oct 4. It was clear at our check-in that My Place, Missoula is understaffed. We did not get a printed receipt upon checkout. The room was clean but the atmosphere was impersonal. The coffee in the lobby was good. Our room had a full-size refrigerator, a toaster, two countertop burners to cook on, and a microwave. The internet connection was good. THere are decent restaurants nearby.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, up to date. It is close to dining options and highway. The refrigerator and kitchen area is super even though we didn’t use. The staff friendly and laundry room clean.

A little maintenance can go along way.

Front desk help was very friendly. Rooms were clean, but could use some maintenance and updating. First room toilet chain broke and no maintenance person was available all weekend, so we got moved. 2nd room sink stopper was broken.

Welcomed our pet. Convenient to travels. Staff friendly and efficient on check in and out. Room felt dirty. Seemed like old carpet. Hair on night stand and on one of the beds. Dog poop in the hallway that was never picked up.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was exceptional. I have stayed in several motels the last few months between Oregon and Montana and the room I got was phenomenal!! I would highly recomend to anyone traveling in the Missoula area or wherever these motels are located to do yourself a favor and stay. HAPPY TRAVELS!
