We stayed 2 nights. The beds were clean. There were a lot of issues with being clean. There was hair filled in the tub drain I had to clean up. The sink had tons of soap residue. The carpet really needed to be cleaned. Everytime we came in the room there was a musk smell. Upon leaving I realized there was 2 apricots rotting in the dresser. The coffee was great. Breakfast was just small snacks but ok. Staff were nice. Place was good to sleep but needs way more effort spent on cleaning. Also bottom of white tub curtain was atleast 10" of dirt and grime.

Found the property dirty, the room could use a complete cleaning. Improper lightning, the bathroom sink faucet wasn't connected, the room refrigerator wasn't cold. The young lady at the desk was courteous, business like, and professional. And we appreciated her help.

It is an out of the way motorist hotel. Easy access to freeway, travel plazas. Not much else around... A little casino/bar next door, only fast food within walking... And the property itself isn't new but it is well maintained, clean, comfortable... Exceeded my expectations for the price.

When we got to our room it was propped all the way open with a door stop so anyone could have been in our room before us and put stuff in there. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The halls were very dirty. When we went to check in they only had a smoking room available rather than the king in a non-smoking room that I booked. They had to downgrade my room but was still charged the same rate. "Breakfast" was a joke. Staff at front desk was dirty and unprofessional.

The front desk staff was excellent—thank you all for your kindness and professionalism! That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. There’s no daily housekeeping service, so trash isn’t emptied and towels aren’t refreshed for guests staying more than one night unless you go request it yourself. It was also frustrating having to get my key card reprogrammed every single day because it would stop working and wouldn’t open my room door. The “breakfast” was more of a light snack selection, and coffee was only warm.

Filthy

The kid at the front desk did a great job. But this is the filthiest place I've ever been, and I have pretty low standards. Room clearly had not been cleaned since 10 guests ago. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and burnt onion rings. Literally everything in the room was filthy, everything. The truck stop is full of nefarious charachters. Spend the extra 50 bucks and go stay literally anywhere else, Motel 6 is better than this place by a long shot.

The bathroom wasn’t clean with a leaky shower with hard water stains. Linen was clean but it wasn’t inviting for a shower. Older building needing remodeled. Breakfast was lacking and not worth staying to eat.

I should have read the reviews prior to booking, but we originally were going to be traveling with a family member who had a dog and this was really our only option that was not $400 plus a night. After now looking over the reviews I feel our room was not bad as what others complained of. BUT the smoking was a huge issue for me who has asthma. We got a smoke free room but the hallways were awful and it wafted through here and there. We booked through Expedia and I don’t remember reading anything about them allowing a smoking in some rooms and or getting a request for a smoke free room, I definitely would have chosen to elsewhere. Hotel is definitely old. Got. And really needs an update but since they allow smoking I doubt that would really help. At least the AC worked. Breakfast wasn’t the worst options especially for the price. Staff was nice! Which is why I’m giving 2 stars had they been unpleasant I would have tried to get a refund.
