This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever been. Run don't walk in a different hotel. There was blood on all three pillows. Blood! All 3. Blood on the headboard. Bugs. Stains on the sheets. We were moved to a new room. Again stains on the bed so we shared the one without stains. A towel and two hand towels. The towel was dirty. The soap was so old it had turned to powder. There was a homeless person sitting on a nightstand outside the first room with his clothes all around him. Having asked for a refund and not receiving one I will never understand. This was the most disgustingly filthy place I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was just fine for a night and we were just passing through. There were some things in the room that could have been fixed up. The thermostat and plug-ins needed to be updated and the bathroom door would not shut. Overall, it was fine for a night

When we arrived, we couldn’t even check in and waited another hour. Then when we did check in the room wasn’t very clean. We didn’t have a blow dryer. We didn’t have enough towels. The Internet was out and there was nobody ever in the office to tell so we couldn’t fix it.

This property is undergoing a major upgrade. They have done wonders. It looks and feels like you have stepped back into time IN A GOOD WAY! Back to golden era of the 50s & 60s and the small road side motels that popped up along RT 66!

The room was dirty. Hair wrapped around the side table lightbulb. Dirty floors, slow draining sink, and diy nasty tub floor that pools water. Parking was a nightmare. Booked the hotel because of price, location, and "newly remodeled". Should've paid the extra to stay somewhere else. Definitely will NOT stay again.

Place was clean , very quiet at night . Supposedly new remodeled rooms were nice I had a king size but wish they had a microwave and/fridge shower was great small parking area but we all fit . Walkable to Main Street , food shops and bars . Front desk were nice but they also don’t do late night check-ins so things need to be arranged if you are arriving late

Really cute updated motel! We arrived very late, but were accommodated efficiently by a night receptionist. The room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We were just passing through for the night and this was exactly what we needed!

This motel is in a great location to take in downtown Missoula. No need to drive once you are parked in their ample parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and I got a great night sleep. The shower was also very good.

The Belaire Motel is some of the worst management I have ever seen. A carpenter, in the morning, was sawing and drilling on the outside of my room and I was exhausted the entire day because of that and the rudeness of the manager. No fridge (there was one in my booking) malfunctioning A/C unit, no cups or way to heat water. The rudeness of the people running this place is what is most offensive. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

We had two rooms. The AC barely blew in one room & did not work in the other. Had no control over temperature of rooms. Switches taken off of room controls for air. None of us hardly slept. Rooms smelled of marijuana horribly. It was stifling! Check in was ridiculous, said they didn’t have any of the reservations down loaded. Arrived at 3:00pm at check in time. She wrote all my info down on paper. Got called back to the office at 10:00pm and was told I hadn’t paid even though I had two receipts from Expedia that said I did. Had to email screen shots of those to the desk person to her personal email. Someone was prowling the parking lot and set off multiple car alarms at 4:30am. Overall it was a horrible stay. Would honestly like a refund. I did speak to two staff members about the smell. Nothing was done. Owner was contacted the next morning about the car alarms by another guest we had spoken to. Owner said he would check cameras but never got back to us.

Nicely refurbished older motel in Historic Missoula, MT U district. Blocks from Historic Oxford Cafe. Very clean and bare bones. Hilton Garden and one other in worse part of town wanted $300+ for 1 guy, one night. This was $130.00, free parking, super clean.
