They let us check-in early. Easy to find. Good room location. Laminate flooring had some rough spots, unsightly.

For what they charge there is no in room coffee, no microwave, no kleenex. Minimal outlets for charging electrics, come on this is a new century. Near the tv there was one usb port that wasn't hook up to power. Not a good value at all.

We apologize we were unable to get you one of these rooms during your stay. We do want to offer, that if you have any troubles during your stay, either needing an amenity, extra linen, or to report any issues, just contact the desk staff and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cathy did a great job cleaning our room. The only complaint was, the room got too hot. Finally turned off the heater and put the fan on run which cooled it off so we could sleep. So happy that was an option to do. Also, very happy that we were on the 1st floor and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
