The bed was not comfortable. It would of been better to sleep on the floor. The room decor looks like it was out of the 70’s. The WiFi sucked. Would not connect to a pro series iPad, ended up going through my cellular service. must of been area of building I was in No ref, no typical basic room items, all for $163 dollars for one night. Never again

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. There were things missing from the room that would have been nice: shampoo, lotion, fridge, "do not disturb" sign. Overall, good for the amount you pay.

We do want to offer, that if you have any troubles during your stay, either needing an amenity, extra linen, or an extra blanket, just contact the desk staff and we will do our best to bring you whatever we are able. We do not use "do not disturb" signage anymore, because of past traumatic events. It is more for our guests safety. We would also like to say that we have a few rooms with fridges, but they do cost about $5 more per night. Again, we are sorry that your expectations were not met.
