Sonesta Select Detroit Auburn Hills
"Our room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the sofa and plentiful hangers. Everything clean. But a couple of troublesome issues. I mentioned the toilet to staff on our first night. It kept running. Nobody ever came to look at it. One night, my husband just turned off the water behind the toilet to get it to stop running. The WiFi. My computer prevented me from using the Sonesta Guest connection, alerting it was not connected to the internet but directing traffic to an entity pretending to be the hotel. The evening staff just smiled at me when I told her this."
