Great stay and the cleaning staff did great and my doorman was professional! Even delivered my room key when I locked my key inside. He let me in and brought new keys! No breakfast yet but the pool was great! In fact it was the topping on the cake!

This is a well-run facility. They offer cleaning daily. The staff are not friendly but very polite which to me is being professional in their own ways. Parking is always easy. You feel safe and good for the fair price.

Since we arrived at the hotel , the staff at the reception were very unfriendly, the lobby was as hot as a Sauna so as all the corridors, the room was very uncomfortable and dirty including bed and bathroom , the breakfast personnel were rude and unhelpful like they did not want to be there, and the quality of the food was horrible, ,overall staff are rude including the housekeeping that descended on our room knowing the door like barbarian pushing us to leave the room without any courtesy. I have stayed with various hotel in various categories , never experienced such a terrible place.

Original room offered extremely substandard, dingy, weed/smoke saturated, dirty. Staff resistant to providing new room which wasn’t offered until next night. Upgrade was substantially better. It is astounding that I wasn’t offered a free upgrade in recompense for how horrendous the first night was - both my son and I responded with significant allergic reactions to smoke residue in rooms which adversely impacted his performance at lacrosse tournament the next day.

Stayed at the Best Western in Delaware and it was just what I needed. Bed was comfy, and check-in was easy. Nothing fancy, but everything worked and the staff was chill. Great spot if you just need a reliable place to crash.

I would stay away from this hotel if you can. Yes its close to the airport but Im not sure its worth that convenience. When i stepped in the lobby instead of being greeted with a hi, how can i help you the front deak perso's literal 1st words out of his mouth was check in isnt til 3 - no asking my name or seeing if the room was ready. I should have known something was up. I had to ask 3 times to precheckin and we'd be back in an hour. When we came back at 305 we were told they put us in a pet room on the 1sr floor cuz someone got trapped in the elevator earlier. We have pets so we thought no problem. Initially we noticed everything in the room seemed damp but after a long drive we just settled in to chill and watch some TV. Thats when we noticed the ants on the floors, walls and night stands. Upon further inspection we found mold on the curtains too. My husband asked to switch rooms and they said they didn't have anymore of our kind on the 1st floor. I have heart issues but i wasn't gonna stay in a bug filled moldy room so we moved to a 3rd floor room without bugs or mold. This room is okay but when i went to take a shower the hook on the door was loose so no hanging my clothes there. I went to brush my teeth and the water in the sink wouldn’t go down. I had to play with the stopper to get it to work. We typically really like the best westren hotel brand but if they allow hotels like this and employ rude hotel staff we will not patronize these any more.
