Host was great. Gave very helpful ideas on where to eat. Responded quickly to questions. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Beds were a little too firm for us but that is obviously just personal opinion.

This home was perfect! It was beautifully maintained, large rooms and equipped with everything needed during our our stay. Lisa was responsive, attentive and available for all of our questions and requests. We would definitely return to this property if we are in the Wilmington area.

Perfect location for our Sisters weekend

The townhouse is very comfortable and well appointed. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do; Longwood Gardens, the Rodan museum and Philly cheesesteaks! Lisa was great from beginning to end. Her dinner recommendation of the Quion was spot on,

Christmas family gathering

We stayed in the townhouse for a family Christmas gathering. I asked Lisa if the home would be decorated and she purchased lovely bedding, put up a tree and added special Christmas touches to give us that holiday feel! The home was clean, well maintained and kitchen supplies were adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

One night stay

This was a quick trip to Delaware and Lisa’s place was great. Super cute and thoughtful touches throughout. She communicated well with me. Her place is spacious and offers privacy with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with an additional half bath downstairs.

Roomy, Clean and Quiet

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs giving you privacy and quiet from the living area downstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and there is a separate half bath as well. The owner is hands-on and very attentive. Off-street and easy on-street parking makes it convenient.

Don't judge a book by its cover

Overall my experience was good. Communication with the property owner was great and I was very impressed with the setup inside the home, very comfortable. The owner also left us a few nice gifts, good touch I must say.

Road Trip Stop

Being a family with 3 kids, a hotel just doesn’t provide enough space. We had already been on the road traveling from city to city across multiple states, a new city/hotel every night for the first 5 nights when we arrived in Wilmington, DE. We used this rental as our home base for 3 nights as we explored Philly & Baltimore. We arrived in to the city, and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the rental property. We never felt unsafe, we had easy accessibility to enter, our host was very responsive, and she went above and beyond in many ways for us! Even made an extra stop to deliver butter to the front door for the popcorn machine! She left extra toys and entertainment for our 3 kids as well! Which they loved! The rental was very clean, spacious, cozy, and was well stocked with appliances and kitchen equipment to finally get a home cooked meal after being on the road! We give this rental and hostess 5 stars for her warmth and hospitality! If we find ourselves back in Wilmington, we won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cozy home!

My friend and I were meeting between DC and NY and this was the perfect spot! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was another bathroom downstairs so we didn’t have to run upstairs. Comfortably furnished and everything you need if you are staying in, conveniently located to Philly and other cute little towns in the surrounding area. Neighborhood was busy on Saturday night but we felt safe and enjoyed our stay! The boat was great with suggestions and responsive to our needs. She also brought a ginger ale when I mentioned that my friend’s husband wasn’t feeling well! Highly recommend!

A Quiet, Eclectic Neighborhood Oasis

Host Lisa is an extremely accommodating host providing close & thorough communication throughout our 1 night stay while simultaneously maintaining the perfect professional distance out of respect for client privacy. The house is super cozy & well-supplied. Be prepared (as we were) for (2) full flights of staiirs between the front door & the spacious master bedrooms. Parking, wifi, snacks, bottled water, sweets all awaiting guests' arrival. A+ place to stay!

Felt private, would return.

We affectionately called this place "Horse Painting" because of the huge and well placed picture of a horse, which my toddler loved to point out. Both bedrooms give you plenty of space, but the bedroom on the street side gives you a bit more of a hotel vibe. The living area could possibly sleep a couple more if needed Could use with some basic cosmetic repairs to polish the experience. The kitchen was great, we cooked a lot in the unit. By the time you read this, I bet Lisa will have supplemented her kitchen with a few more basic kitchen tools that were missing during our visit. Lisa was very accommodating and attentive. Also, very affordable for the whole week!

Super updated interior and comfy stay

Looks like the place was completely renovated very recently. It's a very clean place with all the amenities you could ask for! For a great price on Vrbo, I might add.
