"The hotel is very clean and we had a comfortable stay. I found the staff super friendly. Check in was a mess. Gave us the wrong room, and 30 minutes later and lugging luggage back and forth, we finally got in. Next, they advised us they dont have ice machines due to a health dept regulation regarding ice machines outside. In retrospect, that actually makes sense and never thought of that before. Getting Ice from the front desk was again another 15 minutes for my wife, regardless, this was a big negative. We really didn't use any of the amenities other than the free drink per visit, which was surprising good and strong. We could have booked a hotel a block or two down the road for about half the price and we should have, but If you are looking for this experience its a fine hotel."
