This property had the potential to be awesome. The staff was very nice. However while we were there the hot tub was broken and couldn't be used. The boiler went out so no hot showers could be taken all night and into the morning. There was black mold all throughout the shower and the windows. On top of it all the "breakfast " they advertise as being included is literally snacks. It is chewy bars and those cups of fruit you stick in toddler's lunch boxes. All that being said if they would fix their ammenities so that a mold free, hot shower, hot tub, and real breakfast experience could happen this place could be great.

The property is needing a deep clean, and a remodel. The furniture is worn out, and there were stains on the beds.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. To go breakfast was convenient.

Comfortable and one hour from the Grand Canyon. And northern AZ is very scenic.

Was very good access off of the major highway and is walking distance to Main Street William’s and just down the street from the Grand Canyon Railroad.
