This home has 3 bedrooms, one of which is the loft which is the entire attic of the home. Located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Kellogg Ave, this home is cozy and ready for your stay. Has parking behind the home for 2 vehicles and on street parking in front of the home. Washer Dryer access in the unfinished basement.

The Space:
This is a single family home with a living area, dining room with seating for six, two main floor beds with an entire upper floor attic that has been finished with a desk. Great option for a work trip or visiting family in Wichita. The kitchen has an electric stove, Keureg provided with pods, full size fridge and dishwasher.

Quiet family oriented area that is central to Old Town, Intrust Arena, College Hill, and all major Hospitals.
