Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center
Everyone at the hotel, from front desk, to room service, to maintenence was so helpful and friendly. The restaurants are great. The rooms are spacious. Everything felt new. Housekeeping was top notch. There for 3 days for work and never had to leave the hotel. A+.

The lamps, TV, were not dusted. Had a negative encounter with Food Service Manager, who rudely interrupted a server that was talking to customers. She wasn't friendly, she put her fingers in her mouth behind the bar, kept touching her hair. Didn't say anything about it when people were around. However, ...
