"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean for the most part. Staff was very quick to remove a soiled towel from a drawer and also clean up around the toilet, which had been missed in the cleaning before we checked in. The breakfast was good. My biggest criticism was the lumpy, somewhat soft mattress. Thankfully, we still slept well the two nights we were there, but I hope they upgrade soon. We would stay there again, when we return to Elyria."
