One problem I had was checking in and didn’t had my physical card with me that I used to make payment online. I logged into my account and showed her the image of the card with my name and she said she had to cancel the reservation since I didn’t had the card. What’s messed up I travelled 6 hours to get here this was 1:30am and for her to look at me and say she can’t help she had to cancel was heartless. I then ask if I could pay with another card and she said yes. Wat if I didn’t ask ? It’s her job to give me options other than cancel my reservation. If that’s yall policy send an email after booking so others can know. But the please looks clean but walking bear foot my feet were black so it needs mopping

The room was average. Things were clean and nothing was missing. The mattress was horrible. The hot breakfast included a waffle maker and cereal. Asked for extra towel because ours got soaked at the pool. I was told by the front desk they didn’t have any more. The dining room was extremely small and very hot. It made it hard to breathe. Outside of the pool and shower this motel was a flop.

The bed was horrible, my back hurt so bad from the poor mattress! The room wasn’t great at all nothing worked I booked online and was told I only needed to pay $6.50 when checked in and got there and there was an additional $50 fee! It was not worth $275 and then the next morning housekeeping was literally standing outside my door waiting for me to leave! I would not stay here again!

Check in and check out was easy and quick. Room was ok but it was really old and stains are everywhere. Toilet was horrible. It didn't even flash the toilet paper. I'm not gonna stay there again.
