Upon check out, the customer directly in front of me was asked how was his stay, did he find anything needing improvement etc. It was a full 5 mins chat. When I approached, I was told “Thank You”. No concern for my stay, probably I was not that important a client. In terms of what is needed to improve - there was a lingering natural gas smell on the 4th floor, I. In the room, there was a faint odour as well, the plumbing needs to be looked at as it took forever for it to drain and there was no lighting by the desk or workstation area. This is all I can opine on. Hope it helps.
