Cold Showers

This was our go to for our stays in Victoria however, will be trying other hotels, i caution anyone staying dur8ng busy times, my wife woke at 930am at check out to no hot water she called frint desk which never called her back and she had ti call them at 10:15 to be told the hotel only has on boiler for the whole hotel, we had plans for the day and she needed a shoer forcing her to shower in cold water in order to check out in time and make our scheduled plans, during check out we where told a manager would reach out, they have not. Very clean nice hotel but customer sercice seems to be going downhill.

Weekend trip. Excellent restaurant next door and a great coffee/breakfast shop next door as well. Definitely at the top of the mountain with typical spring weather. Will definitely stay again
