Never stayed here before but next time I come to Vancouver I will certainly stay here. The room is Big, it is clean, it is central and altogether pleasant. Do note that parking is $30.

The bottom of our bathroom sink was broken where it connects to the floor, i cut my foot open pretty badly on it as it was incredibly sharp. My foot was in pain and had to be wrapped for the entirety of my trip and the hotel couldn't even be bothered to respond to my message letting them know. Hopefully this encourages them to fix it so this doesn't happen to someone else.

It was a great value for a short stay. The hallway shower was somewhat inconvienient but it was clean and able to be locked from inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again and will remember to bring my shower shoes.

We stayed one night before a cruise. The front desk staff was very accommodating and let us check in early. Boston Pizza was a three minute walk and was very good. The room was clean and the shower pressure was great. Would definitely stay here again!
