Good location in centre of city. Rooms are large and well presented. Very nice bathroom and great view. Breakfast very busy but breakfast room is attractive and choice very good. Location on Robson Street is good - use this street to walk to main sites. Direct Bar on site serves good food. You have to go into the lobby to get a pass to park - instructions on how to do this should be sent with booking.

The location was great if you’re going to either stadium or Queen Elizabeth theatre- close to shopping and coffee shops- check in was easy and they were very friendly, offering help for everything! We didn’t eat there (free breakfast) as we walked up to Jam but the breakfast looked amazing!! Waffles, cereals, baked goods and hot items as well, coffe, tea, juices

Staff was terrible. I believe it was Sid. He tried to manipulate us with his lies. I was unwell due to seasickness from whale watching experience the day before in Victoria and wanted to cancel the booking. The staff mentioned they can't refund the amount. We understand the policy but sometimes it is a rare scenario. They didn't accomodate and I understand. I took the flight and came to stay and they didn't give us the room we booked. When I complained about it, the staff said well, we cancelled it and hence couldn't give it. But we were told it was not cancelled and that's why we had to come. So we were given $20 credit in final bill and told that's the best that can be done. We didn't get the room we paid for - double queen. This was a terrible experience and I have stayed in Marriots all over the world and have never experienced such behavior. This was only my third hilton booking and I will never book any Hilton hotel again. Worst experience.
