Simply roll the ping pong table into the corner. EV? We have you covered with a Level 2 charger!

And out back, we have recently expanded our patio which has doubled in size. With over 500ft of patio space, you can entertain the whole family or just relax and enjoy a nice evening in the private back yard. The yard itself is completely fenced in and ready for the kids to enjoy!

We can accommodate different hours upon request and availability, upon request.
No Smoking, or vaping allowed. If you smoke outside, please do not discard in the yard.
Maximum number of overnight guests is 6.
If you use the grill, please leave the cover off when you check out. The housekeepers will clean it and replace the cover.
If you have trash, please place it in the grey bin by the garage when you leave. Trash day is Friday, if you happen to be staying Thursday night into Friday morning and have trash, please place by the street in the morning.
No pets are allowed.
We know accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know so we can have it replaced for the next guest.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Please close and lock all doors and windows and shut off lights when leaving.
Please close umbrella on patio when not in use to prevent damage in windy conditions.
