Travelodge by Wyndham was a standard hotel. Not sure about anyone else, but when I'm on vacation, I like to explore the area not hang out in a hotel room. This room did what it had to, provide a roof over my head and warm fluffy pillows to lay my head on. Very convenient location that's not too far from local food and shopping.

Rooms don’t get serviced if staying multiple nights? Carpet so dirty our feet turned black within minutes. Lots of large spiders outside rooms at night. Coffee not hot in the morning. Every outlet near the bed is worn out and can not charge devices.

Black mold, no accountability. Do not stay here!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room was so damp the air felt wet with visible black mold covering the ceiling and water/mildew dripping down. I asked to move and the second room was no better. Again covered in black mold and heavy dampness. They had small “moisture absorber” tubs placed in corners as if that would solve the issue. I asked for a dehumidifier and, after repeated calls to the front desk, the housekeeping manager barged into my room without knocking. She was rude and admitted they knew this was an ongoing problem, yet still rented out unsafe rooms. Breathing in black mold is extremely unhealthy and I did not feel safe staying. When I requested a refund through Hotels.com, the hotel staff dodged calls and refused to cooperate, leaving me stuck with a charge for rooms that were hazardous. Completely unacceptable. This property should not be hosting guests in these conditions.

This place is in a decent location. Relatively close to downtown and the airport. The staff was nice. Our door would not close, we had another exterior door in our room that was the ice machine room. It is quite old. It was ok enough.

We made the staff aware that the toilet in our room was not properly flushing, they took a while to get maintenance over to check it out. He eventually fixed it but only temporarily because it was messing up a couple hours later. We stayed there a total of 3 nights and we just had to keep using a plunger to flush the toilet every time. The staff did not bother offering us another room.

Hot tub did not have working jets Check in was at 4 we arrived at 4:15 Our room was not ready Another customer in front of us had already been waiting a hour and was also told his room was not ready We went and got dinner was gone about 3 hours and when we returned it was ready The employee was very nice and apologized. I felt bad for her because. I am sure it was a staffing issue and it wasn’t her fault. Overall the place was acceptable but I had never been told my room was not ready when it was after check the check In time.

The room was very clean. That is the only good thing I can say. The front desk clerk upon check in was less than friendly. I can get past that, but I was in room 238. I did not sleep at all. The drape did not cover the window and the light came right in and the noise was unbelievable. At first I thought it was a motorcycle engine starting and stopping, but then I realized the noise consistently happened about every 15 minutes. It was the hvac sytem or something, but it continued to go off every 20 minutes all night and lasted a good 3-4 minutes each time. I will not be booking with you again

Our room was good however the carpet was dirty. My wife and I noticed the bottom of our socks were really dirty after walking on the carpet. Otherwise the room was really good. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. Shower was clean and had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Now the bad part, it rained the night before and there parking lot was a lake. Was very hard to pack. The fact that the carpet was dirty and the parking lot was a lake tells me that their maintenance needs to be better. Was going to give them 5 stars until these two issues.
