Perfect!

We loved the place! Would highly recommend and would use again if ever back in the area. Close to everything and we found your welcome book to be extremely helpful. We had a few suggestions that we left on the table, written on a paper bag as that is the only paper we had available.

Condo noise

The road noise was super terrible. The traffic noise was constant. We could not sleep at all. Even the noise was going through thr closet closest to the toad. Description of condo needs to be upfront with location of condo being on the street side.

Great location, excellent arrangement of rooms, very clean and management was on the ball and very accurate in providing details for entry and exit. Certainly among the best we’ve ever experienced.

Well stocked, clean unit.

This unit was great for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and coffee. The beds were very firm which was great for our backs. There were plenty of towels and even liquid shampoo, soap and conditioner in the bathrooms. The couch in the living room was small and could only seat 3 people. Kitchen table and chairs were roomy. There were no dressers but there were some shelves in the first bedroom closet. There was limited counter space in the first bathroom and not much counter space in the second. Both just had one sink. We never got around to using the bicycles. We did walk to town for dinner, which was about a mile and a half. There were some good restaurants in town. Mostly we golfed and had an enjoyable stay.

Wedding Weekend

My wife, son, daughter in law, and granddaughter attended a wedding in TC Saturday evening and needed a place to spend the night. The property was easy to find, ample parking and great communication with the host.

Family weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our Traverse City getaway. Great location, easy check in, checkout procedures, very nicely decorated, plenty of space for us (3 adults) and just minutes from wineries and downtown. Would definitely recommend! Great communication with the owner.

Nice short stay away from home

Traveling to compete in the Sleeping Bear Dunes Marathon so a group of women and lots of stuff. Overall it was nice and clean. It was great being right by the Tart Trail and we walked in to downtown Traverse City one night on the trail. It was enough space for 5 women. Would have been nice to have queen sized beds, but it was fine for a long weekend.

Fantastic stay!

We can’t say enough good things about this stay. Check in was super easy. Check out was even easier. Complimentary bottle of wine was so a great idea! The TART trail is attached so walking down to some local breweries was so easy. We will be staying again!

Wonderful stay, excellent communication

We stayed two nights at this comfortable, well equipped property close to downtown Traverse City. We had everything we needed and more. Questions were answered in lightening speed by the gracious host. Would definitely stay here again.
