Guests need to be made fully aware that check-in to this hotel is fully online only. There is no hotel lobby with staff to work with. In addition, guests need to pay attention when checking in that there is a refundable $250 damage deposit, or a $36 non-refundable fee. I believe the $36 non-refundable fee is the default. The noise from rooms above is very audible, especially when guests are walking around. While it is stated on the description of the hotel that there is no on-site parking, this adds to the cost of already pricey stay. In addition, whether a guest finds metered parking, a parking garage, or the rare street parking, the walk to the hotel will be several blocks. The plus is the location.

What a great place for the price. (We stayed early May so I’m sure it was cheaper). We had a great view from the apartment, and could walk to downtown which was exactly what we wanted. Only cons were I wish we hadn’t had to pay to park at a parking garage (no dedicated parking for the room). A throw blanket to use on the couch would have been great too!

Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal.
