Check in was fine. Room was good. The pillows are horrible. Hard foam with zero comfort. The mattress has a steel band around the edges and it made it uncomfortable. Included breakfast was as bare minimum as you can get. I am a very frequent business traveller. This was a very basic stay but likely will never stay here again.

The window curtain is not designed to close to block out street nor sunlight. The in room safe was not operational due to low battery. Had to report this issue twice before it was fixed. All the front desk staff were probably overworked or tired, never see them greet the guests who walked pass their desk.

The complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing (but it always is at hotels), the hallways smelled like old cigarettes and the rooms smelled like chlorine sometimes, and the vending machines didn't work... but other than that it was a pretty great stay!! The rooms and bathrooms were decent and it overall felt safe and like a good location.
