Booked and had confirmation called ahead for the shuttle, sent a message thst we'd be arriving since we were on a later flight, arrived at the hotel they gave away our room. Overall this is a very good hotel to park and fly. Their shuttle service is excellent. The only issue was one employee at check-in who had a poor attitude when she saw that my booking was done through Expedia. The employee at check- out was more polite.

This was a midway stop for our travels. Being right off the 401 was really convenient. The price was the cheapest in the area. Front desk staff friendly, easy and quick check-in and checkout. The hotel room was clean and exactly what we needed. Tim Hortons conveniently right across the road for an easy breakfast the next morning. Would stop again!
