Breakfast was very good with lots of choices which included fresh waffles and take away breakfast option. Very close to the airport and was able to use the free shuttle from the airport on our way back to the hotel from Downtown Toronto. Will definitely stay again when passing through Canada.

Convenient stay near the airport

The service, rooms, free shuttle and location for proximity to the airport were all great. Only complaint is there was not enough seating for breakfast and they use plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic bags, so not so eco-friendly.

The hotel was fine for an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. But the plastic waste and garbage generated at breakfast was unbelievable. Plastic cutlery, individually wrapped in plastic wrappers? Everything disposable? Let's see some corporate effort at responsibility, finally. I won't stay at a Hampton Inn again until they make an effort!

Hi Hamptons Management, I am Jeannette Nieto one of your guests last DATE Aug 29,-01 Sep 2025 with my family. I am writing to your management to file a complaint about your service. Firstly, I booked a room with 2 queen bed. But, we got a room with only 2 double size bed. I went to your receptionist about this and got the rudest response of “if you are poor, get two rooms”. This is not acceptable. Secondly, The second night we notice our room is not clean and there is no details about cleaning service. I asked again the receptionist through phone call but she shut the phone down and didn’t accommodate me. Again, This is not acceptable. Thirdly, When were about to check out we notice our bed got bed bugs. My partner got bite of them. and again we told the receptionist about this and we only get an apology without any resolution from your team and again this is not acceptable. Our vacation is not as nice as expected since your employees are very rude and your service is not good as well. We are very disappointed. Sending some photos about the bed bugs and the bites coming from it. I am hoping for your best and honest response about this matter. Regards, Jeannette Nieto
