Loved staying in Nihonbashi! Gorgeous hotel, nice metro access right from the hotel basement. Took the Kanda River Cruise. Trains for Asakusa, Oshiage, Skytree. And Shibuya, Ghibli etc. Dining looked nice, though we never tried it. Cute Zen garden, tea room! Family Mart across the street was nice for snacks. Family friendly for my kids ages 10 and 5. Suitengumae Shrine two minutes walking. Edo Clock. Kirin Statues and Nihombashi Bridge. So many historic and fun places to explore. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while staying in Tokyo with my family. It’s in a great central location next to the train station so it is really easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. The restaurants at this hotel are pretty amazing as well as the AM breakfast provided through the hotel. Would highly recommend.

The location is excellent. The family liked the food and comfortable feeling in the area. And, it's easy to get around the city from the location, the Z line is in the basement and the H line is near by.

No one spoke English. The English speaking concierge kept odd hours. I didn't meet him till the evening of my 5th day! He needs his desk in a more obvious location and needs to be on duty during regular hours. He is no longer just catering to businessmen but to tourists who need info on check-in & at the start of the day. The concierge told me after that I should have taken a bus to a station next door from Narita airport & the hotel could have picked me up. I an elderly & handicapped. It would have been useful if that information could have been provided at time of registration. Instead, I had a difficult 3 hours navigating Narita airport & train station with my luggage & a taxi driver who didn't know where the hotel was! The concierge also recommended a dreadful pizza restaurant in walking distance.There were 2 Italian restaurants close by, but he didn't both telling me the name or location of the second better one! I asked for advance for distilled water. There was none available & I couldn't use my sleep machine for the 6 nights. You need better & more pillows. You are catering to Western tourists who like full sized pillows. The best thing about the hotel was the buffet breakfast. But again, I just happen to ask the maitre d' about getting a booked breakfast when I had an early tour & was told I could apply my voucher towards a dinner in the restaurant. No one on check-in told me that & I nearly threw the voucher out!

This was our last night in Tokyo, so we decided to splurge a little. The hotel did not disappoint. The service from check-in to check-out was faultless. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, spacious and quiet.

Hotel is located in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Very easy access to public transportation (subways/trains) Friendly local vendors and excellent comfort restaurant-quality food available near by.

The perfect hotel for Tokyo, right next to tue airport shuttle, has its own subway exit, luxurious and in a upscale neighborhood close to everything

I like the hospitalility of the service guy. Also, I enjoy the breakfast buffet there. Factually, the dinner provided at the breakfast restaurant is pretty good and the price is fairly reasonable.

Very bug, beautiful and perfect location! Has its own access to the subway, right next to the Haneda Airport luxury bus shuttle. Perfect quiet neighborhood that has a lot if shopping and dining without being hectic or touristy.

From start to finish, the staff was very attentive to our needs. They also excelled in customer service and provided extra help with the usual as well as special questions about Tokyo. We totally enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast and is located steps away from Tokyo Metro station. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Tokyo.
