A great hotel for a great price.

The hotel is superb. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and housekeeping second to none. Friendly staffIt has a convenient shuttle to a nearby station, where guests can get on the Tokyo subway or JR lines.

Great Stay in Tokyo

Great stay in a perfect location. They had a shuttle that ran free daily to a local train station which helps get around. The staff is great. The hotel room seemed a bit outdated but nothing out of this world. We traveled as a family of 3.

Dated rooms, inconvenient location

Hotel looks nice from lobby area. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are really dated for the price of the room. The location is pretty inconvenient, but they offer a shuttle that brings you close to the train station. Shuttle only runs until 9:30pm so you need to get an Uber to get back to hotel after.

The best unexpected aspect of this hotel was the shuttle bus to the closest jr station making transport around Tokyo so much easier. Facilities where generally good my only complaint was that the mattresses where a little too hard for my tastes but otherwise would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nicely decorated. Problem was room service order taking in English is lacking. Also Mini bar has no sugar free soft drinks. Location only ok as subway station is far away and few restaurants in neighborhood. The hotel is great if you have business at Waseda university

This property was overall nice, but was dated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the AC did not work in our first room. They were extremely accommodating and moved us rooms when we notified them about the AC. The buffet breakfast was lacking in addition to being over priced. If they make these minor changes. I could see this hotel being a five star property in the future.

The location and staff were good. However, I found the breakfast buffet was too pricey. I would have used it more if it were lower cost. I have travelled worldwide usually there is not an extra charges for pool or exercise room

Excellent room

Excellent stay, the room is very spacious, especially for Tokyo. The staff were friendly and always helpful, from taking care of bags to getting us a taxi. The rooms are filled with great amenities: various toiletries, nightgown, robe. The bed is large, the shower is powerful and soothing. And we loved the breakfast buffet!
