Second stay in just over a week. Still highly recommend this hotel but this time we were given a room on the second floor instead of the 12th and even though it was the same room category it had different toiletries- we preferred the ones on the 12th floor much more. As a repeat guest I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgment upon checking in or the ability to check in a bit early but it seems most hotels in Japan are not flexible with this.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the ginza shopping and also the fish market with a bus stop across the road from the hotel and the subway entrance less than a min away from the lobby. Clean rooms, smallish as expected but perfectly comfortable for a couple. Already booked our next stay here.

This hotel is perfectly located in Ginza right next to the train station and plenty of shopping and food options within feet’s of the hotel. I had a 4 day stay there that was very pleasant and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend staying there. I was on a solo trip and felt perfectly comfortable coming in and out of the hotel at all hours of the day. Perfect location to everything Ginza has to offer.

We were very happy with this hotel. It was close to the metro & centrally located in Ginza. Rooms were very clean & the staff were helpful. We had been warned about room sizes & this place was no exception. We needed to live out of our suitcases but had been prepared for that scenario. No shelves or drawers! But there were a few hangers. After we left, the next day my daughter realized that she had left a box with all her jewelry in her room! Our new hotel (300+ miles away) contacted the Millennium & they looked & found it. They arranged to have it sent to her the next day. All went well! I would definitely stay here again!

Site is just by many Ginza shopping area and even to Tsukiji market. Many dining options. Although we didn’t take public transportation but it is right by Higashi Ginza station. Staff were ok but seemed to be overwhelmed by many customers. Lacked facilities. It said that there was laundry facility in house on website but there was none. No gym. Breakfast in restaurant was good but not many local options. Rooms were cleaned everyday. It was small but comfortable. Amenities were ok.

Very impressed with this property. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the price was actually quite reasonable and seemed like a bargain, especially compared to the Marriott properties I originally honed in on as a frequent traveler from USA. Rooms were large and well appointed. Staff was extremely courteous and service was impeccable. Location was perfect. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Glad I didn’t spend 3X as much to stay at a Marriott property nearby.
