Clean, spacious and bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had the family room so there was a dining table and my daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk bed. Location was great, 2 mins walk from TCAT and Suitengumae station on Hanzomon line. Also about 8-10 mins from Ningyocho on Hibiya and Asakusa lines

Loved how spacious the rooms were, convenience of kitchenette and laundry machine in room, and walkability of most public transport. Short distance from TCAT station is convenient for anyone taking the limousine bus to/from either airport. Front desk is manned most of 24 hours with good people. Hotel also held our luggage for free up to 24hrs. This hotel was the "central hub" from which we traveled all over Tokyo.

Hotel is tucked away in the back streets. Which was very close to Family Mart, My Basket, and many more. Check in area is very small. Room was perfect. We got bunk beds for the kids. Small kitchen which we used daily for breakfast since there aren’t many options. If need there is a pharmacy store called Tomod’s nearby as well. They clean the rooms every 3 days. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very big and spacious. Pretty much a small apartment. Very large King sized bed, large table, great TV that can connect to youtube and netflix. Couch can be extended to become another bed. Private washer/dryer in the room. Washes well, but will take a long time to dry, so will need to dry multiple times. Bathroom is very spacious and clean. Good amenities, cutlery and dishes provided. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and mini-oven. Water is not free, you can buy at reception for 50 yen per bottle. Overall very good hotel, better than most big hotels that I have been to.

The room was great. However there was smell in the bathroom we couldnt get rid of. Location was very convenient and the subway was close on every direction. So going anywhere was easy. Extra cost for checkout was very inconvenient but understandable because of later guests.. Overall would return.
