I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I booked a deluxe room expecting a bit more space, but it still felt slightly cramped and I found it a little uncomfortable at times. That said, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made up for the limited room size. The location is excellent, just steps away from public transportation, with multiple convenience stores like Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, so finding food was never an issue. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, which made the experience much smoother. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 7/10. I would recommend it for short stays or for travelers who prioritize convenience and service over room space.

Small room which is the norm in Tokyo. Had a laundry room which was helpful. Area was less crowded and quiet. A few food/meal options around the area. Quite a long walk from Tokyo station but you can opt to take a metro which connects to the neighbourhood and from there a short walk to hotel. Overall, a good option to stay if you want to be away from the main crowd.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little small but it has everything you need. Location is great just one block away from local stores, restaurants also one train station and bus stop in front of the hotel. They cleaned our room every single day. We also got the chance to get an appointment for massages at 11pm. Check in and check out were very easy.
