Don't use Sea 'N Stench

This was the worst experience I've had in many years of traveling both for work and family vacations. The property, for which we shelled out over $3300 for what was to be an 8-night stay, was dirty - stained walls and mattresses (no mattress pads either) and grimy, smelly bathroom floor mats. It was also a potential fire hazard, with exposed wires visible coming through a hole in the wall near the head of the bed. We left shortly after arrival. Neither the rental company, Sea n' Rent, nor Hotels.com were very helpful in getting us our refund. It took three months before Sea N' Rent finally acceped responsibility after our credit card company intervened. Hotels.com leaves every dispute in the hands of the property involved and wipes its own hands. After years of booking successfully on Hotels com including two hotels in Greece for this trip, I will never use their services again.
