Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards.

We never got to breakfast but it smelled amazing. The staff was kind and helpful, they spoke English very well I didn't need to use my translation app. I highly recommend this hotel if your going to the park it's right next to the JR line entrance and Universal Studios Park. ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower
Hotel was great, they had decorations up in the lobby area for day of the dead and also switched to Christmas decorations. Staff was really helpful and friendly. There was a train line right next to the hotel so that made exploring so much easier.

No A/C only heater. But the staff responded FAST w/a portable one. Toilet was a little plugged and they attended to it IMMEDIATELY! Staff here are exceptional!
