The staff and room were superb, the staff were extremely kind. We stayed for both arriving flights after a late night arrival and before an early morning departure four or five days later. Totally worth it to recover from a long flight before picking up a rental car the next day and not have to arrive and return the rental on an early morning.

Super-convenient for an overnight stay; very close to the terminal and railway station. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the extra charge. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. For us, this was a better option that struggling downtown late in the day after a long flight - especially as it took us over an hour to get through immigration!!! There's a Lawsons right outside the hotel and the walk to the terminal/railway station takes a couple of minutes. Stay in a higher floor for runway views.

Friendly and clean. Beds are very hard and comforters are very thick, so depending on how you like to sleep that could be an issue.

Fast & efficient check in process. Nice & comfortable room. Convenience store downstairs do perfect for quick meal & snacks. Hotel is a perfect stopover as attached to Kansai airport. Highly recommend. Will b staying again in March!
