After a long trip travelling from Parkes after travelling from Toowoomba, QLD, to turn up and have no power, with two kids, one with ASD and certain feeding requirements that need power, being made to alter and hope he didn’t have a meltdown. Turned into a very unhappy stay and honestly, didn’t return for the second night, I drove back to Parkes after a long day in Sydney, it just tainted the stay for us… Also with no communication to a refund or reimbursement, our choice but honestly, we literally paid for a bed, in a hotbox. It was just, a waste.

The Room and Amenities were nice. Needed more coffee and Milk went to the front desk, the receptionist said they didn’t have stock but will ask housekeeping to bring some to the room. No one came till 5 in the evening. Which was when we left.

Great place to stay - I highly recommend. I stayed in the Studio Cabin and it everything I needed: full kitchen, large fridge/freezer, air con and heating. The park is quiet and safe with beautiful grounds. The permanent cabins are all well looked after and everyone is lovely. It’s a really nice place and I will be back! :)

Check in process was easy even though we arrived after hours. The place was well equipped with easy parking. Facilities were well maintained. We were just a bit taken back as the unit just in front of us had dogs that were at times on the front deck. Many times we saw dogs roaming around which made us feel a bit unsafe. I wish we were given a place which was away from the dog keepers area.
